Junction City Main Street will host their 2nd Annual Taste of Culture Events: Cups of Culture and International Food Tour this weekend. The Cups of Culture is a 21+ event and will run from 4:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. on Friday, May 3, throughout Downtown Junction City.
The International Food Tour will run in conjunction with the Main Street Market’s kick-off on Saturday, May 4, from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. and will be at the Northeast corner of 9th and Washington.
For the Cups of Culture event, participants will check in on Friday afternoon at 4:30 at Junction City Main Street, located at 129 W 7th Street. Participants will receive a special commemorative glass and a Downtown JC map of participating storefronts.
For the International Food Tour event, attendees will purchase a “passport” that gives them access to each of the local food vendors that will represent different global cuisines. With their “passports” in hand, attendees will travel from each vendor, earning them a travel stamp and a delicious sample to delight their taste buds.
