KANSAS CITY —A pedestrian injured in an accident just after 6:30p.m. Thursday has died.
Police responded to report of an injury accident involving a vehicle and a pedestrian in the area of 31st and Mersington in Kansas City, Missouri, according to KCPD Sergeant Phil DiMartion.
EMS transported the pedestrian to a local hospital with reported non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the vehicle stopped immediately, remained on scene, and cooperated with the investigation.
On Friday, police reported the. pedestrian died. Police released no additional details.
