HASKELL COUNTY —One person died in an accident just after 11:30p.m. Wednesday in Haskell County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 1998 Ford Taurus driven by Johnnie Trevor Coates, 18, Holcomb, was northbound on County Road FF at County Road 170.
The car left the roadway to the left, began to rotate on all four tires in a clockwise direction and rolled. The driver was not wearing his seatbelt and was ejected from the car.
Coates was pronounced dead at the scene and was transported to Swaim Funeral Chapel.
