
BARTON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating two woman on drug charges in Barton County.
Just after 1:30p.m. Friday, sheriff’s deputies executed a search warrant at 5907 Eisenhower Ct. apartment B in Great Bend, according to sheriff Brian Bellendir.
Sheriff’s Office detectives had obtained information about possible illicit drug sales at that residence. Detectives gained entry to the residence and discovered a quantity of methamphetamine, prescription drugs and marijuana.

A 9 mm handgun as well as evidence of drug distribution was also found in the apartment.
Deputies arrested Carissa Wagner, 28 of Great Bend and booked her on requested charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. She is being held on a $50,000 bond.
Also arrested at the location was Amber Wilson, 40 of Great Bend Wilson on requested charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, her bond is also $50,000, according to Bellendir.
