
HUTCHINSON— A Kansas man arrested in January for a 2017 shooting and robbery waived his right to a preliminary hearing and entered guilty pleas to lesser charges.
Maique Rodriguez-Faudoa was charged with attempted first degree murder in the May 2017 shooting of his uncle, Jesus Faudoa. Police found Faudoa shot multiple times at a home in the 700 block of E. 7th Avenue in Hutchinson.

Despite his injuries Faudoa was able to recover.
On Wednesday, Rodriguez-Faudoa pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery and robbery. Sentencing is set for November 4.
