KANSAS CITY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a deadly stabbing in Kansas City.
Just before 6p.m. Sunday, police were dispatched to report of a stabbing at 20th and Main, according to interim Jackson County Sheriff Daryl Forte.
First responders found an unresponsive man. EMS transported him to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
Police have reported no additional details including possible suspect information.
