Dr. Bill Clifford will be at the Milford City Building for a meet and greet Friday from 5 - 6:30 p.m. Clifford is a candidate for the First District Congressional seat.
Clifford will make a short speech and answer questions.
Clifford is running against Tracy Mann, Jerry Molstad and Michael Soetaert.
