
Spring storms brought heavy rain, hail and tornadoes to northeast Kansas and northwest Missouri on Monday.
A line of storms began in Manhattan, with street flooding and damaging winds, and moved east across northwest Missouri and into the Kansas City metro. The National Weather Service issued multiple tornado warnings
The National Weather Service reported 92 mph winds in Leavenworth County, with additional gusts topping 80 mph in Johnson County, Kansas.
The storms left widespread power outages in portions of northwest Missouri and the Kansas City metro but there are no reports of injuries.
