 </figure>BUTLER COUNTY— Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas teen for alleged child sex crimes.&nbsp;A tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children prompted an investigation by El Dorado Police and the Kansas ICAC Task Force in Wichita alleging the sexual exploitation of children through the use of electronic devices.&nbsp; Investigators then arrested 18-year-old Lillian Bagley of El Dorado.She is being held on requested charges of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, sexual exploitation of a child and aggravated internet trading in child pornography.
