JOHNSON COUNTY —Police on Olathe cancelled the Silver Alert for missing 74-year-old George Junior Sewell. He has been located and is safe.

JOHNSON COUNTY – The Olathe Police Department is seeking public assistance in locating 74-year-old, George Junior Sewell, according to a media release from agency. On Saturday evening police received information that indicates he may be traveling east toward South Carolina.
George is described as 6-foot-2, 200 pounds, with white hair and blue eyes. He was last seen in the 1400 block of East 123rd Street, wearing a green Army Veteran hat, a light blue shirt, light blue jeans, and black shoes.
George is believed to be operating a black, 2022, Mitsubishi Outlander displaying a South Carolina handicap tag, 280220W.
