SEDGWICK COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a series of armed robberies and have a third suspect in custody.

Just before 9p.m. Dec. 3, police responded to an armed robbery call at the Jumpstart, 3805 W. 21st Street North in Wichita, according to officer Charley Davidson.

Upon arrival, officers contacted a store employee who reported two suspects entering the store and demanding cash while one suspect was armed with a rifle.

Cash was taken by the suspects, who then fled the store on foot.  No one was injured.

Through the investigation of the Jumpstart robbery, investigators learned that Johnny Washington, 28; Antonio Martin, 26, and Cameron Burns, 28, were involved.
