HUTCHINSON —Law enforcement authorities are investigating an alleged sex crime involving a juvenile and have made an arrest.

Just after 12:30 p.m. Friday, members of the Hutchinson Police Department Special Operations and Investigations Bureau completed their investigation, according to a media release and arrested 37-year-old Dylan Carey on requested charges Indecent Solicitation of a child, Sexual Exploitation of a Child, and Electronic Solicitation.&nbsp; He has previous convictions for aggravated battery and for drugs, according to the Kansas Department of Corrections.&nbsp; He was released from prison in July.
