DOUGLAS COUNTY —Authorities canceled a Silver Alert for a missing Kansas man. According to Lawrence Police. 79-year-old Stephen Earle Glass was located Sunday morning and is safe.

DOUGLAS COUNTY — Law enforcement authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 79-year-old Stephen Earle Glass of Lawrence who left home around 2:00 p.m. Saturday and has not been heard from since, according to a media release from the Lawrence Police Department.
Glass has medical issues that lead the family to believe he is in need of immediate assistance.
Glass is believed to be driving a 2017 Toyota Highlander with Kansas license plate 388KHV. Glass is described as 5-f0ot-11 and approximately 190 pounds, bald, and has hazel eyes. Anyone who sees the vehicle or Mr. Glass is asked to immediately call 911. P
