MITCHELL COUNTY—A Kansas man was injured in an accident just after 8a.m. Monday in Mitchell County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2019 Dodge Charger driven by Jason Miner, 49, Beloit, was westbound on Kansas 9 just east of 380 Road.
The driver steered to avoid a collision with an eastbound vehicle in the westbound lanes and entered the north ditch.
EMS transported Miner to the Mitchell County Hospital. The KHP did not have information on the other vehicle. Miner was properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
