Junction City police have been able to confirm that the 38-year old Junction City man, James Johnson Jr., struck by a vehicle in U.S. 77 Highway on Monday is in stable condition and is expected to be released from a hospital in a few days.
Police noted on Monday that Johnson was struck by a vehicle while walking in U.S. 77 Monday and was life flighted to Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka for treatment.
