Geary County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a pair of accidents on Monday.
Deputies responded to K-244 Highway for a single vehicle non-injury car vs. deer accident. Donald W. Manns, Junction City, while driving west on K-244 in a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado struck a deer. There was major damage to the vehicle. Manns was not injured.
Deputies also responded to U.S. 77, mile marker 158 for a single vehicle non-injury car vs. deer accident. Monica Jackson, Milford, while driving south on U.ZS. 77 in a 2012 Chevrolet Impala and struck a deer, causing minor damage. Jackson was not injured.
