The Bluffs Apartments in Junction City has announced there is unclaimed property left in abandoned garages at their facilities. They would like the owners to claim their property before staff from The Bluffs donates or discards the items. Below is an official statement from The Bluffs Management.
This notice is to inform you about property stored at [1810 Caroline Ave, Garage #'s 40 & 120, Junction City, KS 66441], left by you in [2019]. This property consists of large amounts of personal items left behind in a garage that you rented but failed to pay the monthly rent for said storage.
To this date, the property has not been picked up nor has the balance been paid. This is your notice that unless this property is claimed and picked up by [12/20/19], the property in question will be donated and otherwise disposed of.
