FINNEY COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 3p.m. Sunday in Finney County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a two-wheeled, off-road vehicle driven by Ethan Stanford, 15, Garden City, was westbound in a field just south of U.S. 50 and west of 3rd Street in Garden City.
The driver lost control and was thrown from the vehicle when it overturned. EMS transported Stanford to St. Catherine’s Hospital. He was not wearing a helmet, according to the KHP.
