Sheriff: Two suspects found with drugs during Kansas traffic stop

SHAWNEE COUNTY — Law enforcement authorities are investigating two suspects on drug charges after a traffic stop.

Just after noon Monday, a deputy stopped a vehicle in the 1000 Block of SW Wanamaker for an alleged equipment violation, according to the Shawnee County Sheriff's Department.

During the stop, deputies arrested two suspects. Christina Bailey, 41,Topeka, is being held on a felony warrant, according to the sheriff's department.

Deputies also arrested the driver identified Larry White, 44 Topeka, on a felony warrant and requested charges that include Possession of Meth, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Felony Interference with LEO, Identity Theft, Driving Under Influence, Tag Not Assigned, No Insurance and Driving Without a Valid License.
