<p>The Economic Development Advisory Committee is recommending that the EDC join an organization that can help develop marketing pieces and leads. The committee voted Thursday to recommend joining the World Economic Development Alliance. That recommendation now goes to the Chamber Board of Directors for final consideration.</p><p>Chamber President Mickey Fornaro-Dean said it will give the EDC national and international potential for leads.&nbsp; The cost for an EDC membership will be about $9,000 per year.&nbsp;</p>
