LYON COUNTY — Two people died in a Thursday morning fire in Lyon County.

Just before 1a.m., crews responded to a fire in a mobile home at 1753&nbsp; Road E two miles west of Emporia, according to Fire Captain Greg Davis.

Upon arrival, crews observed heavy smoke was seen coming from the residence. During a search, fire crews found the bodies of two people inside.&nbsp;

The names of the victims have not been released.

Authorities are working to determine what caused the fire, according to Davis.
