The Episcopal Church Chili Cookoff at Guild Hall scheduled for tonight has been postponed to 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 21.
The Eisenhower Presidential Library campus in Abilene will remain closed all day. Officials they were unable to clear the walkways for safe passage.
