Junction City Blue Jays Basketball at Topeka High

The Junction City Blue Jays led 50 to 47 with about 3 and-a-half minutes to play, but the Topeka High Trojans stormed back in the 4th quarter to defeat the Blue Jays 60 to 51. King Sutton led the Trojans with 17 points, while Qua'vez Humphreys scored 19 for the Blue Jays. The game was see-saw back and forth all night. The Blue Jays led at halftime by 2, but Topeka High put on the big push at the end to get the victory. Junction City fell to 6 and 7 with the loss.  They host Manhattan on Tuesday.

In girls basketball, Topeka High cruised passed Junction City 81 to 23.  The Topeka High girl's basketball team is undefeated.
