SALINE COUNTY — Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas man for alleged child sex crimes.
On Sunday night, deputies were sent to the 100 block of East Main Street in the rural Saline County unincorporated community of Kipp after a family member of one of two girls reported Chad M. Cutbirth, 42, Kipp, fondled one of two girls and sent both obscene photos on social media, according to Sheriff Roger Soldan.
Both girls age 15 and 17 are acquainted with each other and with Cutbirth, according Soldan.
Deputies arrested Cutbirth on requested charges that include indecent liberties with a child, 14 to 16 years of age; lewd fondling, Sexual exploitation of a child and Promoting obscenity to minors
