Annual weather spotter training is set for Tuesday, March 3 at the Geary County 4-H / Senior Center from 7 - 8:30 p.m.&nbsp; The location is 1025 South Spring Valley Road in Junction City.This event is open to the public. You can learn about weather identification for your safety and the safety of others. The training will be presented by the National Weather Service of Topeka and hosted by Geary County Emergency Management.There is no charge to attend.&nbsp;
