Sheriff: Kan. man jailed on drug charge, violation of stay-at-home order

SHAWNEE COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating two suspects after an early morning traffic stop.

Just after 1 a.m. Friday, a Sheriff’s Office deputy stopped a 2003 Dodge Neon near SE Burton Street and SE 34th Street, according to Deputy Abigail Christian.

The vehicle had two occupants inside. Deputies arrested Gregory S. Raby, 29, of Topeka for driving while license suspended, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and violation of the Governor’s Executive Order 20-16 requiring individuals to remain in their residence.

Colby R. Allen (34) of Topeka was arrested for violation of the Governor’s Executive Order 20-16 requiring individuals to remain in their residence.

Both were both booked into the Shawnee County Department of Corrections
