BARTON COUNTY — Law enforcement authorities are asking the public for help in locating a wanted Kansas felon, according to Barton County Sheriff Brian Bellendir.
Andrew Taylor, 33, is described as a white male, 5-foot-10 and approximately 225 pounds.
He has a previous conviction for theft, according the Kansas Department of Corrections and is wanted on a Barton County District Court warrant. He may be in possession of a handgun and a sawed-off shotgun, according to Bellendir.
Taylor has allegedly made statements he will not be taken alive by law enforcement and should be considered armed and dangerous.
