
SHAWNEE COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas woman
Just after 4:00 a.m. Tuesday, police responded to a report of shots fired in the trailer court located at 1919 SE Adams in Topeka, according to LT. Manuel Munoz.
Police determined that the shots were fired in lot #27 as a result of a domestic dispute.
An investigation revealed that shots were fired in the home, but no one was struck by the gunfire.
The suspects had left the scene and an attempt to locate was issued. Officers later located two individuals at 845 SW Frazier in Topeka, according to Munoz.
Officers took two adults and a small infant to the Law Enforcement Center to be interviewed and later arrested Hunter L Stubblefield, 21, of Topeka on requested charges Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Burglary, Criminal Discharge of a Firearm, Felony Criminal Damage to Property and Aggravated Child Endangerment. The infant was later released to the family, according to Munoz.
