TOPEKA, Kan. (AP) — Police say a driver ran a red light, hit a Kansas police SUV and then flipped it on its top Sunday morning.
The driver T-boned a Topeka police vehicle, rolling the SUV upside down, according to police.
The officer who was hit and a passenger from the other car were taken to the hospital for minor injuries.
Police have not yet released the names of the driver or the police officer involved.
