ELLIS COUNTY —The Kansas Highway Patrol temporarily shut down westbound I-70 at Victoria to Toulon Avenue while crews removed&nbsp; mobile home that blew over on Monday afternoon.

KHP reopened the road shortly before 3 p.m. No injuries have been reported.
