
JACKSON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating three suspect on drug charges after a traffic stop.
Shortly before 4 pm Tuesday, a Sheriff’s deputy stopped a 1995 Chevrolet Blazer near 150th and U.S. Highway 75 for an alleged registration violation, according to Sheriff Tim Morse.

Further investigation during the traffic stop led to the discovery of drug paraphernalia.
The occupants of the vehicle were arrested by deputies. The driver, Ronald Jeffery Bonham, 38, of Topeka, is being held on a requested charge of possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
A passenger, Andre Carlos Brown, 31, of Topeka, was arrested on requested charges of possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Another passenger, Tiffany Lynn Williams, 43, of Topeka, was arrested on a requested charge of possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. All three suspects were booked into the Jackson County Jail, according to Morse.
