SEDGWICK COUNTY—Law enforcement investigating a shooting in Wichita continue asking the public for help to locate 16-year-old Cesar Govea, Wichita Police confirmed again Wednesday.
Govea is wanted in connection with a shooting on August 24, that injured his 16-year-old ex-girlfriend and a 17-year-old boy. The victims were inside a vehicle near Wichita and Waterwalk when Govea opened fire.
Govea is considered armed and dangerous. Do not approach him.
