Sheriff: 2 jailed in Kansas for no bond warrants

JACKSON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating three suspects on numerous charges after a Sunday traffic stop.

Shortly after midnight Sunday, a sheriff’s deputy stopped a 2007 Chrysler minivan for a traffic infraction near 142nd and U.S. Highway 75, according to Sheriff Tim Morse.

Following an investigation, deputies arrested the driver, Danielle Lynn Haverkamp, 30 of Topeka for two outstanding Jackson County District Court no bond warrants and Alan Edward Panuco, 27, of Topeka, for an outstanding Jackson County District Court no bond warrant.

Another passenger Raul Alejandro Jorge Munoz, 44, of Topeka, was arrested on requested charges of possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, according to Morse.
