TOPEKA, Kan. — Dr. Lee Norman, Secretary of the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE), held a press briefing Wednesday to discuss the latest on coronavirus in Kansas. During the discussion, Dr. Norman talked about sports and the virus, masks, children diagnosed with the virus and much more.
The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Kansas increased by 841 to a total of 29,717 the state health department reported Wednesday afternoon.
Coronavirus deaths were reported at 368, an increase of 3 since Monday.
