Geary County Sheriff's Deputies responded to U.S. 77 mile marker 148 for a non-injury accident at 3:45 a.m. Saturday. Marcio Nascimento, Lenexa, was driving a Honda Civic southbound when he fell asleep causing the car to swerve into the east ditch. There was damage to the front and passenger side of the vehicle.
