Junction City police recently listed guidelines on the discharge of fireworks. Those that are legal to be sold within the city can be discharged on private property through July 5th.
The hours on Thursday will be 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and for Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. to midnight.
Fireworks may not be discharged on public streets, parks, other public property or where expressly prohibited by posted signs.
