NORTON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect for alleged sex crimes in Norton County, according to a social media report from the Norton Police Department.
Over the weekend, police arrested 32-year-old Cody Hardy on a Norton County District Court Warrant on four counts of alleged Aggravated Criminal Sodomy, Rape, Aggravated Assault and Aggravated Battery.
Hardy remains jailed on a $1,000,000.00 bond. Police released no additional details.
