
JOHNSON COUNTY —A Kansas man admitted his role in a drug overdose death.
On June 2, 22-year-old Ahmad Mohammed Karraz pleaded guilty to distribution of drugs causing death and use of a communication facility during a drug felony, according to the Johnson County District Attorney's office.
In November, the Johnson County district attorney's office charged Karraz and 22-year-old Ronaley Arriola in connection with the death of Kylie Liston. Karraz was charged with distribution of drugs causing death and three counts of using a communication facility during a felony. Arriola was charged with one count of using a communication facility during a felony. They were arrested after an investigation by the Overland Park Police Department.
Karraz is scheduled for sentencing August 20.
