STONE COUNTY —A child died Wednesday after an incident on Monday at Table Rock Lake.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the 2-year-old from Ozark, Missouri, entered the water in an an unknown manner without a life jacket seven miles north of Blue Eye.
The girl was transported to Children's Mercy in Kansas City where she was pronounced deceased in the intensive care unit. Authorities released no additional details.
