The Salina Police Department is seeking assistance in locating Jack Rex Mildfelt.
He was reported missing Thursday and was last seen in Salina on the afternoon of Sept. 3. Family members and a friend are offering a $4,000 reward to whoever finds her brother.
Mildfelt, a 52-year-old white male, is 6 feet tall, weighs 190 pounds, and has brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen in his white 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe with Kansas tag 119ECF.
