ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on multiple allegations.

On August 2, police in Leavenworth arrested&nbsp;Thomas A. White, 41, Lancaster Ohio, on a District Court warrant charging him with burglary of a vehicle and theft, according to Atchison Police Chief Mike Wilson.

This warrant was the result of a police investigation on July 7th when a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee was taken from a convenience store parking lot at 4th and U.S. 59 in Atchison.

The victim had left the keys in the vehicle just after 9a.m. when she went into the convenience store. The vehicle was recovered later that day parked and unoccupied in Leavenworth. 

White was transported to the Atchison County Jail with bond set at $50,000.
