KANSAS CITY, Mo. —Law enforcement investigting another homicide in Kansas City, Missouri have identified the victim as 33-year-old William Gibson.
Just after 8a.m. Monday, police were dispatched to the area of the 4900 block of Michigan on a reported shooting, according to KCPD Officer Jhanelle Cole
Upon arrival, the officers located a Gibson inside of a residence suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The officers administered life saving measures until EMS responded and transported Gibson to an area hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.
While on scene, an adult male suspect was taken into custody.
Preliminary investigation indicates there was an argument between two individuals that resulted in gunfire.
