
WYANDOTTE COUNTY—Two suspects are in custody and have been charged in connectxion with a weekend double homicide in Kansas City, Kansas.
On Sunday, police arreted 48-year-old Elgin B. Brown at his residence in Kansas City, Missouri and charged in Wyandotte County with two counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted first-degree murder. He is currently being held in Jackson County on a $1 million bond as he awaits extradition.

Police also arrested 47-year-old Myisha Donaldson and charged her with one count of obstruction of apprehension or prosecution. She being held in Jackson County on a $50,000 bond as she also awaits extradition to Wyandotte County.
Just before 3:30p.m. on Saturday police were dispatched to a reported shooting at N. 7th Street and Nebraska Avenue in Kansas City, Kansas, according to a media release. First responders found three adult individuals with apparent gunshot wounds. All three subjects were transported to an area hospital where two were pronounced deceased. The third individual sustained serious, but non-life-threatening injuries. Police have not released the names of the victims.
