RENO COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect for alleged juvenile sex crimes.
On Tuesday, the Hutchinson Police Department Special Operations Division and Investigations Division arrested 55-year-old William Eric Allen of Hutchinson on requested charges that include: Indecent solicitation of a child to commit or submit to an unlawful sex act, Indecent solicitation of a child to enter a vehicle, building, room or secluded place, Electronic solicitation of a child 14-15 years of age. and Sexual exploitation of a child, according to a media release from the Hutchinson Police Department.
Allen is being held in the Reno County Jail in lieu of $250,000 bond. He has previous convictions for drugs and Failure to remain at scene of accident resulting in Injury, according to the Kansas Dept. of Corrections.
