BROWN COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating three suspect on drug allegations after a drug bust at an apartment complex in Brown County.
Justs before 9p.m. Dec. 1, sheriff's deputies initiated two search warrants simultaneously at 715 1/2 apartments # 1 & 3 Oregon Street in Hiawatha, according to Sheriff John Merchant.
At apartment # 1 deputies arrested Bryan Emary, 60, of Hiawatha was on requested charges of Possession of Meth and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Brenda Emary, 60, was arrested on requested charges of Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia.
At apartment # 3 deputies arrested Renee Trotter, 68, Hiawatha on requested charges of Possesion of Meth and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, according to Merchant.
