DOUGLAS COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 1p.m. Thursday in Douglas County.
According to the Douglas County Sherifff, a 2008 Hyundai Accent struck a mail truck in the 2000 block of E 1400 Road north of the Midland Junction.
The mail carrier was transported to the hospital with injuries not believed to be life threatening. The sheriff's office released no additional details.
