Arneson confirmed the sale.

No major changes are expected in the operations in 2021 with Jamie Rademacher noting that the seasonal tenants, same staff and day to day operations would continue as they are now. As the properties are developed more amenities would be brought in. She added mentioned the family and community involvement is something they would continue and as they grow the properties a goal is to bring more families to Milford Lake. They do not plan to remove the seasonal business.

The Rademacher's, who are initially from Tennessee,  have an interest in possibly converting the facilities to KOA Campgrounds in the future but that is still under consideration and would not occur the first year. In the past they owned a KOA campground near Des Moines, Iowa for about 10 years.

Future plans could include new RV sites, cabins and tents. Kampgrounds of America ( KOA ) is the world's largest system of privately held campgrounds with almost 500 locations across the United States and Canada.
