KANSAS CITY—Law enforcement are investigating another homicide in Kansas City, Missouri.

Just before 3:30p.m. Friday, police were dispatched to a shooting 9th and Denver just south behind a house, according to KCPD Captain Jake Becchina. Officers were directed behind a residence to the south of the intersection where they located an adult male shooting victim unresponsive.&nbsp;

Officers rendered aid and called for EMS. EMS responded and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.

Responding Officers detained one subject of interest for further investigation upon their arrival. The investigation indicates that the victim was at the scene when an argument escalated to an altercation that led to gunfire which struck the victim.&nbsp;
