JACKSON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a home burglary and have 3 suspects in custody.
On July 17, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a suspicious vehicle near 198th and G. Road in rural Jackson County, according to Sheriff Tim Morse.
Deputies arrived in the area and located three individuals who are allegedly connected to an area burglary of an abandoned house.
Deputies found property from the residence inside the vehicle. They arrested were 20-year-old Cyrie Ryan De Jong,of Olathe, Kansas; 21-year-old Omar Garcia-Delgado of Kansas City, Missouri and 20-year-old Grant Timothy Gardner.
All three were booked into the Jackson County Jail on requested charges of burglary, possession of stolen property, criminal trespass and theft, according to Morse.
