Sheriff: Kan. woman caught with ecstasy during traffic stop

JACKSON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on drug charges after a weekend arrest.

Just after 2:30p.m. Sunday a sheriff’s deputy conducted a traffic stop on a  2017 Honda Accord for a traffic infraction near 110th and U.S. Highway 75, according to Jackson County Sheriff Tim Morse.

The driver, Thalia Taylor, 27, of Topeka, on requested charges that include possession of ecstasy, possession of a hallucinogenic drug, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
